These running shoes are very light & comfortable with good arch support. The darker colours of the shoe are great for off-road running as they don't show the dirt as much.

I spent a lot of time looking for a good trail running shoe.
I needed one that was wide and some companies don't make wide shoes.
I tried on the Saucony Cohesion 5 shoes and they fit perfectly.
So far I have walked over 250 miles of trails and they cling very well
to whatever I am on. I can't run due to having two whole new replacements
but I sure get in a lot of walking averaging over five miles a day.
I am going to get another pair of these shoes for the future.

Use this for sprints, long distance (to include beach runs) in most weather, and weightlifting (sled drags and so forth). It has performed beyond what I expected (especially for the price). Fits to size. I have normal arches and they're quite comfortable. They feel sturdy too. Do very well for those rain-runs. Recommend them whole-heartedly. And for the price I got them they shouldn't be passed up.
