Nice fit. Flexible. Pleased a hard to please teenage boy. Would recommend to cross-country runners for muddy terrain and hills.

These shoes are very efficient for cross-country races with a very good drive. the size is good but the shoes are not so easy to put because the size is a little bit narrow. However to keep the shoes on the foot during the races, this narrow size is very useful.
